I bought a big set as a gift for my daughter. They really are lovely with great grain and nice craftsmanship. Just be aware that in the photos I believe the pieces have been oiled to bring out the grain. Those that I received were duller and will need to be oiled to be as attractive. Also the set was shipped in three separate packages, which was a bit strange and led me to believe initially that my order was incomplete.

Stunning. Just received my first order from your company and was extremely happy with the craftsmanship of the product. When the 6 piece set arrived, I immediately noticed that the large soup ladle didn’t survive the shipping (the ladle bowl had a crack on the lip). I contacted customer service via the chat box and within a few minutes, I had a tracking number for a replacement piece that was being shipped out. Unlike other companies I have had to deal with, the response was immediate and I did not need to provide proof of the damage or return the defective item. This is the way to run a business.
