    This charcuterie board exceeded my expectations. It is as beautiful as the pictures show but what the pictures can’t convey is how lovely this wood is to touch. The grain is exquisite, I love the live edge and the wood is so smooth it is a pleasure to run your fingers over–which you will want to do to appreciate the engraving! I also loved working with them, they were very responsive to my questions especially when it was so busy around Christmas. I gave this one as a gift, I hope I have one of my own someday 🙂

    They are absolutely wonderful! We had major shipping issues. It was a Christmas gift so I really needed it! When I contacted them about it he immediately went into action to fix the problem. The problem continued for several days and she responded to my 8,000 messages I sent to them. They were going to make me a new one (this was a custom order) and ship it via UPS to make sure I had it for Christmas. That same night she checked the tracking on it one more time and saw that the package was moving in my direction! It even arrived a day early! I can’t begin to tell you how awesome she was about the whole situation. People these days don’t believe in customer service but they are all about customer service! And the cutting board is absolutely beautiful!! I will definitely be ordering again!! Thank you for everything Forest Decor!

The situation was rectified in a more than acceptable manner…truly, in this day and age, it is such a relief to get such good customer service without any difficulty… I could not recommend this item and this company any more!!!

The only critic i would have is that for displaying the board, it would be nice if the writing were flipped so that the flat side could rest on the counter. Currently, it would have to be displayed with the writing upside down or backwards, which wouldnt show the personalization. Otherwise, excellent item, worth every penny!

    I ordered a custom charcuterie board & utensil set from Forest Decor as a wedding gift & I couldn’t be happier! The board was engraved with the couple’s names & the utensils with their initials. Unfortunately due to an error on my end, only the bride’s name saved on the order. When the gift arrived a week before the wedding, I was dismayed to realize my mistake. I emailed them & they immediately replied, offering to correct it. They sent a mock-up & had it in the mail the very next day! I received the new order 2 days before the wedding with plenty of time to wrap it & gift it. The craftsmanship was stunning & the customer service was truly exceptional. They went above & beyond to make sure everything was right, even on such a tight timeline. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a personalized & thoughtful gift.
