We purchased this for our grown son that loves to cook, especially BBQ. The company was great to work with and responded quickly when I asked if they could add “grandma’s name” at the bottom. Only thing I would say is I specified the writing be on the opposite side of the grooved (cutting) side, it was not. My son said he’s only going to use it for decor so it doesn’t matter to him. He loved it and was touched by seeing grandma’s favorite recipe in her handwriting. It’s very special. I’m confident the company would have made this right had I contacted them but since my son was happy with it, I didn’t contact the company. Thank you for your great customer service and beautiful product and craftsmanship.
